Parenting is the challenge of our lifetime. I get it. Oh man, do I get it! I've been a married co-parent, then a single parent, now a bonus-mom* in a committed relationship. And...I've needed support at every.single.stage. I just really didn't know how or whom to ask for help, and I didn't want anyone to know just how much I was struggling. Let's agree to lower the stakes, shall we? I am committed to listening with openness, understanding, and without judgment. In our coaching session you will receive: * A listening ear and an open heart. * A chance to share your current situation and struggles. * In-the-moment instruction on the science behind relationships and communication to shed light on what you are experiencing. * Coaching on creating secure connection with yourself and your child or children. * Compassionate strategies to put in place immediately. Coaching sessions are hosted on Zoom. *Bonus-mom is my preferred term to step-parent. Too many grisly fairytales have spoiled "step-mom" for me!
